JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2019 This matter has come up under the heading "To be mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner who submits that in the cause title of the order dated 18.04.2019 the name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as Raj Jiwan Yadav instead of Ram Jiwan Yadav. Perusal of the record shows that although in the bail petition the name of the petitioner is Ram Jiwan Yadav, but on the record as well as on the cause list it has been mentioned as Raj Jiwan Yadav, and accordingly the same mistake has crept up in the order dated 18.04.2019.

Let the name of petitioner mentioned in the cause title of the order dated 18.04.2019 be read as "Ram Jiwan Yadav" instead of "Raj Jiwan Yadav".

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24710 of 2019(3) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 The time granted for surrender is also extended by another four weeks from today.

The order dated 18.04.2019 stands modified to the above extent.
