1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ petition is being filed for issuance of order / orders direction/ directions to the authority concerned for taking necessary steps against the respondent no-5 who has passed the order on 22.12.2020 in civil Appeal no-03/2019 to appoint the respondent-8 after 8 years long gap in the light of order passed by Hon'ble High Court on 08.04.2019 without hearing the petitioner direction was

Patna High Court CWJC No.10714 of 2021(6) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 given to pass speaking order not to appoint the respondent no-8 and then the D.M Bhojpur has passed the order to appoint the Respondent no8 in center no-113 however the petitioner was appointed on 10.05.2015 in ward no-6 and since then she is working there and she was transfer from ward no-6 to ward no-1 on 29.01.2018 but the center no -113 is same and In such circumstance your Lordship may pass appropriate order after setting aside the order dt. 22.12.2020 and direction may be given to the respondents to continue the petitioner on her post where she is working and the center no.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
