The petitioner is accused in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019, registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 150 litres toddy from the abandoned hut of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not arrested at the place of occurrence rather 150 litres toddy was recovered from the abandoned hut. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.03.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.22874 of 2019(2) dt.11-04-2019 2/2 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 68 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No. 1163 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
