Mr.Raj Kishore Singh, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 448, 386, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, in the background of extortion accused persons armed with deadly weapons, attacked the informant and his son who were present in their shop. The accused persons also looted away Rs.80,000/- from the counter of the shop.

No.23246 of 2019(4) dt.10-07-2019 2/3 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case on the factum of family dispute. So far as petitioner nos.1 and 3 are concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against them and so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, there is specific allegation of assault by fists and slaps. The injuries are simple in nature. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. The other co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.23345 of 2019 vide order dated 15.04.

2019 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram at Rohtas/successor Court in connection with Agrer P.S.Case No.
