02. 31.08.2016 Heard parties.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the petitioner is the sister-in-law (Gotani) of the deceased and was living separately. It is further contended that the husband of the victim is already in jail custody and the parents-in-law have been granted anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure-3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Rubi Devi be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29665 of 2016 (2) dt.31-08-2016 in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 162/2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section
