ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Danapur P.S. Case No. 473 of 2011 pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna.

It has been submitted that the Petitioner was the truck owner and, hence, he had no complicity in the matter.

Since these are matters of investigation, I am not inclined to interfere in the same.

Hence, the Application is disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to close the investigation positively within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order if he has not done so already.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24973 of 2012 dt.28-09-2015 Let this order be communicated to the S.P.

Patna through FAX at the cost of the Petitioner for its onward transmission to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station.
