This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No.1026 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is the assailant of the deceased.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the petitioner is in custody for two years but the trial has not started and only charges have been framed.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25917 of 2025(2) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. No ground for review of earlier order dated 26.07.2024 is made out.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected with a direction to the S.H.O. of Alamganj Police Station, District- Patna to produce the witnesses in the trial so that the trial is concluded at the earliest.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna, forthwith through FAX for its compliance.
