ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-09-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order of cognizance dated 18.05.2011 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 206 of 2010.

Considering that the Petitioner seeks quashing on disputed questions of fact which can not be gone into at this stage, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. The application is dismissed.
