This application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order of cognizance dated 17.12.2018 arising out of Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 19 of 2018. By the aforesaid order dated 17.12.2018, the learned A.C.J.M-IV, Begusarai has taken cognizance of the offence under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

In view of the availability of an equally efficacious statutory remedy under Sections 397 and 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, I am not inclined to entertain this
