The petitioner seeks bail in Atri P. S. Case No. 264 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report it is alleged that informant got information that his sister who was married with petitioner 12 years back has committed suicide by hanging herself. The informant went to Sasural of his sister and found her lying dead. It is also alleged that his sister has two sons who were present in the house at the time of occurrence. Postmortem report of the deceased has been annexed as Annexure-2 to bail petition, wherein, it has been mentioned that death has been caused due to asphyxia as a result of

From the written report itself it is apparent that informant has got information that death of his sister has occurred by hanging herself which gets support from the postmortem report.

Petitioner is in custody since 13.9.2018 having no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM XIII, Gaya in connection with Atri P. S. Case No. 264 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
