ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 18.06.2014 passed by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions JudgeIII, Patna in S.Tr. No. 1147 of 2013 arising out of Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 351 of 2006 by which he has refused an application under Section 227 Cr.P.C.
Having considered the facts of the case, I do no not find any reason for interference and, hence, the Application is dismissed.
It is also noted with some anguish that the APP who had received the case diary is not appearing in this Court. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
For which reason, the Trial Court is directed to send
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.543 of 2014 dt.23-02-2016 a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Patna, and the Superintendent of Police, Patna is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
