Petitioner has earlier moved this Court for grant of anticipatory bail, which was allowed by order dated 23.2.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 7555 of 2017 with an observation that petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks. The present application has been filed for extension of period of surrender and no cogent reason has been assigned for not surrendering before the court below within the time prescribed and this application has been filed after four months of the order.
