The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 67/2016 (G.R. No. 903/16), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 477, 188 and 175 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is Panchayat Sachiv of Madan Bigha Panchayat and he is alleged to have not submitted the folders and register of appointment of Panchayat Teachers held in the year 2003-06.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was posted in Madan Bigha Panchayat on 19.02.2015. The petitioner did not receive any register and folder from his predecessor and that is why he did not submit register and folder

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29971 of 2016 (2) dt.08-09-2016 2/2 to the authority concerned, but for that the petitioner is not at all responsible.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 67/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Vinita/- U T
