2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kothi PS Case No. 45 of 2018 dated 22.08.2018 instituted under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application.

4. In view thereof, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn.

5. As the petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail earlier under order dated 15.04.2019, upon withdrawal of the present application, is required to surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23362 of 2019(4) dt.18-07-2019 2/2 before the Court below within two weeks from today as his bail bonds stand cancelled. If the petitioner fails to do so, the Court below shall take all steps to ensure that the petitioner is taken into custody upon cancellation of his bail bonds.
