Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable u/s 363 and 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 and 12 of the POSCO Act.

As per prosecution case, the daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the co-accused Sonu Kumar for the purpose of marriage. When the informant made complaint to the family

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner No. 1 is the brother of the coaccused Sonu Kumar. The petitoner No. 2 is the father of the co-accused Sonu Kumar. It is further submitted that the main allegation against the petitioners is to abuse and misbehave with the informant.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the nature of allegation against the petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 483 of 2021, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal
