In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 186 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, the Informant has given money to different persons, has claimed against the petitioner that the money has not been returned by her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever money has been taken, the same has been returned and the photocopies of the portfolio of the bills of the Bank itself shows deposit of money in different denominations indicating

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19120 of 2017 (3) dt.06-07-2017 payment of the entire money.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Madhumita Choudahry, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.N. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Danapur in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 186 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
