In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.93 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioners to have assaulted the informant side with lethal weapons, in which the uncle of the informant received grievous injury. Specific allegation has been made against the petitioner no.2 to have caused injury by Dabiya.

No.33385 of 2017 (2) dt.24-07-2017 2/2 Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.93 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. So far as the bail of petitioner no.2 is concerned, the same is rejected.
