JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 347, 323, 324, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation against this petitioner that he caused firearm injury in the right palm of the informant and also assaulted with lathi causing injury on the head of the informant. Case diary has been received.

The injury report is available in the case diary wherein the Doctor has found lacerated wound over head and injury on the right hand palm.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32279 of 2017 (3) dt.08-12-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

Petitioner may surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
