The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 302 and120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners, who are of clean antecedent, are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion and expect suspicion no cogent material has come during course of investigation against the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22621 of 2020(3) dt.20-10-2020 2/2 petitioners. The petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 25.01.2020 and 07.01.2020 respectively. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing their personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 02 of 2020.
