The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144, 149, 342, 447, 341, 323, 354(B), 324, 325, 308 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Prevention of Witch Practices (Dayan) Act, 1999.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25256 of 2022(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant, due to which she sustained injuries.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is case and counter case between the parties and both parties have sustained injuries, as alleged, in separate occurrence.
Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM-I, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
