The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case no. 08 of 2010, registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 469, 323 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are said to have taken Rs.75000/- from the complainant on the pretext of managing job of Security Guard in Reliance Company, but did not manage the job and also refused to return the money of the complainant. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place.

Allegation levelled against the petitioners is very vague. Complainant has not even mentioned the date and mode of payment to the petitioners. He has also not filed any cheat of paper regarding according the aforesaid money to the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 08 of 2010, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
