The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 366(A), 354(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of POCSO Act.

Allegation is that the accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim has been recovered. Her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has been recorded. No allegation of sexual or physical abuse alleged against the
