JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 01-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 405 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 343, 354A, 354B, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act), 2012.

As per allegation, co-accused Bablu Rai started teasing the daughter of the informant when she was proceeding to the house of her maternal aunt. On protest, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

No.33527 of 2021(2) dt.01-04-2022 2/2 entire allegation is false and the main accused, Bablu Rai, against whom there was allegation of teasing the daughter of the informant has been granted regular bail. He has further submitted that both the parties have compromised the case. The xerox copy of compromise petition is annexed with the record as Annexure-3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned court below in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 405 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) SONALI/- U T
