JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-08-2016 Heard Sri Manoj Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners who are named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation in Barh P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016 registered for the offence under section 307, 452, 341, 323, 380, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that informant and petitioners are agnates and dispute in between the parties is going on since long. Earlier also a case was lodged

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31840 of 2016 (2) dt.24-08-2016 2/2 on false accusation and petitioners have been made accused. He submits that earlier also from the informant's side a case was filed against the petitioners. On perusal of the F.I.R. the court is of the opinion that it is not a case for grant of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed.
