ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.02.2019 in connection with Complaint Case No.227 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 498(A), 498, 377 and 109 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is willing and ready to keep his wife with all honour and dignity and that there shall be no recurrence of any act of torture so as to prejudice the opposite party. He further submits that if at all there is any recurrence, it shall be open to the opposite party to move this Court for cancellation of bail.
