JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 The petitioner's claim of juvenility, as on the date of occurrence in the year 1991, has been rejected by learned Sessions Judge-III, Madhepura, in Sessions Trial No. 92/94(s), arising out of Uda Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 74 of 1991, vide order, dated 01.10.2015, which is being assailed in the present criminal revision application. The petitioner is an accused of commission of offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act, as on the date of occurrence, i.e., 13.06.1991. I have perused the impugned order. I do not find any illegality in the order impugned inasmuch as the

I do not find any merit in this application, which is, accordingly, rejected.
