2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 325, 307, 498A,342/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. While denying the allegations, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is paying monthly maintenance amount of Rs.14,000/- to opposite party no.2 in view of order of the Family court, though this fact has not been mentioned in the bail petition. However, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 appears and he does not controvert this fact.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Purnea in
