JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-02-2016 Writ application filed by the petitioner is required to be dismissed because she has not approached the High Court with clean hands. She has tried to put the blame upon the University for something for which the University cannot be held liable in the opinion of this Court. Every college where a student studies is required to know the combination of papers and options which a candidate in a particular subject is permitted to opt. Registration and examination forms should be filled accordingly. Now after the report which has been submitted on behalf of the University, after due enquiry, it is evident that the whole thing has been manipulated by the petitioner as well as the College concerned which has recently been established and is helping students

Patna High Court CWJC No.13792 of 2014 dt.25-02-2016 2 / 2 to commit all kinds of irregularities may be to ensure that the College is run more from financial successes than academic success. No relief can be given to the petitioner of any kind with regard to declaration of result or issuance of a fresh mark-sheet. If petitioner wants to pass the examination, she has to sit for the combination of papers which is permissible and for that she has to take steps for remedial measures accordingly which will be considered in accordance with the prevalent statute in this regard. The report of the University is placed on record for future reference. Writ application is dismissed.
