Case No. 251 of 2015, pending in the court of learned C.J.M. East Champaran at Motihari, with liberty to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail in light of observation made by another co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 15.10.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44097 of 2015, while disposing of earlier anticipatory bail application of this petitioner.

Permission is accorded.

The present anticipatory bail application of this petitioner stands disposed of with liberty to surrender in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7371 of 2018 (2) dt.12-02-2018 2/2 below. If the petitioner surrenders in the court below and prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the orders of this Court.
