No. 37295 of 2015 for extending the period of surrender. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the prayer only to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended by three weeks form the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Complaint Case No. 706C of 2008 pending in the court of learned Sri Sushant Ranjan, J.M., Ist Class, Patna. The order dated 17.02.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
