Petitioner seeks bail in Minapur P.S. Case No.503 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that 35 new sewing machine alleged to be stolen have been recovered from the poultry farm of the petitioner. Seizure list is part of the First Information Report, which does not bear signature of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the aforesaid sewing machine. It is further submitted that earlier he was running poultry farm, but, now, he has given the poultry farm to Smt. Gangiya Devi on rent with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22608 of 2019(2) dt.09-04-2019 2/2 effect from 01.06.2018 for five years. Rent agreement is enclosed as Annexure-2.

Petitioner is in custody since 04.01.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.503 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
