JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-01-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 289 of 2021 for the offence registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 12 of the P.O.C.S.O. Act were added to the set of allegations.

This Court has perused the letter dated 18.10.2022, sent by the A.D.J.-VI-cum-Exclusive Special Court, P.O.C.S.O., Vaishali at Hajipur, wherein it has been stated that the trial of Mahnar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26320 of 2022(4) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 P.S. Case No. 289 of 2021, has already been concluded and the said case has been disposed off by the concerned Court on 13.09.2022, wherein all the accused persons have been convicted.

Under the aforesaid circumstances, the present petition has been rendered infructuous, hence is dismissed.
