The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 365 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. They are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioner no. 1 with submission that there is specific allegation against her. Having considered the facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45412 of 2017 (3) dt.15-11-2017 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioner no. 1, Neha Khatoon, is rejected. As far as prayer of petitioner no. 2 is concerned, he (Nasrullah Quraishi @ Md. Nasrullah Quraishi) is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Bhojpur, at Ara in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 295 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
