The Petitioners seek quashing of the order of cognizance dated 04.02.2011 passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Bihar P.S. Case No. 08 of 2010. It appears that at one point in time the Petitioner No. 1 had undertaken but there is no instruction as to whether the Petitioner had deposited the entire arrears of maintenance as directed by the Court below. Hence, the Application is dismissed. The Court below shall take strict action against the accused persons.
