JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 11-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Vide order dated 14.07.2021, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, vide letter no.96/2020 dated 26.02.2020, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Jhanjharpur has sent a report, which is at flag 'B'. In his report, the learned Judge has stated that all the witnesses, except I.O. and doctor have been examined and they may be examined in near future. He has also stated that in near future this record will be disposed of by him.

In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The prayer for bail of the petitioner is once again rejected. However, the learned Trial Court is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25876 of 2019(7) dt.11-08-2021 2/2 to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months. If the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
