The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patliputra P. S. Case No.77 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341, 285, 379, 353, 283, 431 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2021, he is a person with clean antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

In the nature of allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two
