JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-08-2017 This has come under the heading „To Be Mentioned‟ at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel is that in third paragraph of order dated 20.7.2017 it has wrongly been mentioned that "appeal preferred before the D.C.L.R. has been disposed of and his evidence is closed" but as a matter of fact the appeal is still pending. It has further been submitted that condition of bail has wrongly been mentioned that "petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation of the case" but as a matter of fact the case relates to a Complaint case.

In the said circumstances, the order dated 20.7.2017

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33874 of 2017 (3) dt.03-08-2017 2/2 stands modified to the extent that "appeal preferred before the D.C.L.R. is still pending" and condition of bail should be correctly read as "petitioner shall cooperate in trial and make himself available in court".
