This is repeat application seeking anticipatory bail. The petitioners' application for grant of anticipatory bail was considered and allowed vide order dated 25.05.2015 noticing the stand taken that they have fair antecedents. The Court below refused to release the petitioners on bail as the criminal antecedents were found against the petitioners. In these circumstances, the present application has been made Looking to the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge as well as the previous order passed by this Court, I am not satisfied that a case for anticipatory bail is made out. Dismissed.
