27-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 354, 379, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 30.06.2024 at 2:00 P.M., this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named co-accused entered the house of informant and thereafter, abused and assaulted her and other family members. The accused persons also snatched gold Mangalsutra from the neck of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are Gotiya and due to petty dispute, Maarpeet took place. Case and counter case. Injuries, sustained to injured, are simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Patna / concerned Court in connection with Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 324 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. / Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
