Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be satisfied if the matter is remitted back to the District Magistrate, Nalanda who will look into the matter and consider the calculated amount of compensation.
In these circumstances, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Nalanda for redressal of his grievances and the District Magistrate, Nalanda will get the issue decided
Patna High Court CWJC No.6720 of 2022(5) dt.29-11-2022 2/2 expeditiously within eight weeks of communication of the order and filing of the fresh representation by the petitioner. All the claims of the petitioner shall be considered by the District Magistrate, Nalanda.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, this application is disposed of.
