2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 14.11.2022 in connection with S.Tr.No.468 of 2023 arising out of Khirhar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022, F.I.R. dated 14.11.2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341,323,342,307 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 09.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc.No.16787 of 2023.

4. Vide order dated 26.04.2024 a report with regard to the present status of the trial was called for. Report of the learned Trial Court dated 03.05.2024 reveals that the charge has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29982 of 2024(3) dt.05-07-2024 2/2 been framed against the petitioner on 26.09.2023 and all the non-official witnesses have been examined. Only Doctor and I.O. are yet to be examined in the present matter.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts as well as the report of the learned Trial Court, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with S.Tr.No.468 of 2023 arising out of Khirhar P.S. Case No. 82 of 2022 pending in the court of learned 1st Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Madhubani.

6. Prayer is refused.

7. However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) Nitesh/- U T
