2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application may be disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal under Rule 67

(1) of the Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Rules, 2019 and if the petitioner has filed the statutory appeal within a period of four weeks, the authority concerned is directed to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law, after hearing all
