ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners being the father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased lady are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though there is allegation against these petitioners of having participated in the occurrence, the husband who had been taken into custody earlier has now since been exonerated of the charges and acquitted in Sessions Trial No. 604 of 2016 vide judgment dated 27.10.2016 passed in the aforementioned case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32618 of 2016 (3) dt.10-01-2017 P2/2 A certified copy of the aforementioned judgment has been placed before me which is being kept on record. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 239 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Saif/- U T
