Petitioner seeks bail in RC 4E/2011 A dated 13.05.2011 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 120-B read with Sections 419, 420, 464, 468 and 471 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that original candidates have paid huge sum of money to Arun Kumar, Ajay Kumar and others to manipulate in the examination in a manner to substitute the original candidates by dummy candidates by impersonation to appear in the said examination. Learned Standing Counsel for the CBI has referred to para 16.5 and 16.6 of the Charge-sheet to show the allegation against the petitioner. In the charge-sheet, it is alleged against

No.25000 of 2019(4) dt.07-05-2019 2/2 this petitioner that one Dhananjay Kumar Gupta had appeared in All India Pre-Veterinary Test- 2011 for admission in B.V.Sc. and A.H Course-2011, at Guru Harkrishna Public School, Greakter Kailash, New Delhi Center, on 14.05.2011 in place of this petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2019.

Counsel for the petitioner further submits that coaccused, Manoj Kumar Ranjan, has already been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 08.04.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.22030 of 2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judicial Magistrate, CBI, Patna, in connection with RC 4E / 2011, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
