Mr.Ajit Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-09-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22522 of 2020(2) dt.04-09-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that there is case and counter case. The informant sides have sustained simple injury Considering the fact that there is case and counter case and also the fact that eight co-accused have been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 4820 of 2020 vide order dated 29.2.2020, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 14, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 199 of 2018 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
