Patna High Court CWJC No.310 of 2015 (2) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 01-03-2016 After hearing Mr. Kaushl Kishore Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order as the prayer was rejected earlier by the trial court which merged in the order of High Court in view of decision of this Court reported in 2011(3) PLJR 728, therefore, the court below has rejected the application.
