The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 07 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 30, 30(g), 38 and 41 Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered form the conscious possession of the petitioner which is evident from the seizure list. Hence, the petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.
