1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Senior Advocate, Ms. Nivedita Nirvikar for the C.B.I.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 13(2) read with 13(1)(b) of the P.C. Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a 61 years woman having clean antecedent and the informant alleges Sant Kumar Sinha, Clerk of Bank of Baroda, Bhagalpur, acquired property disproportionate to the known sources of his income during the check period.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not an employee of the Bank rather is wife of Sant Kumar Sinha and being wife of Sant Kumar Sinha, she came to be implicated on the ground that she also conspired and helped

Learned counsel next submits that the investigation has been completed, charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner during the course of investigation cooperated, but the C.B.I. never felt the need for arresting the petitioner, it is thus submitted that since now charge-sheet has been submitted, no useful purpose would be served by sending the petitioner to jail.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the C.B.I. vehemently opposes the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner but is not in a position to rebut the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charge-sheet has been submitted and the C.B.I. during the course of investigation never felt the need of arresting the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Special Case No. 08 of 2021/R.C. No. 4(A)/2021 subject to the conditions as
