The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 1051 (c)/2013 registered under Section 420 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the dispute, if any, is of civil nature and the complaint case, in question, has been instituted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50568 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2 / 2 with an ulterior motive.

Regard being had to the nature of the offence, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1051(C)/2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
