Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 354, 379, 420/34, 504, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of I T Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the instant case has been lodged falsely implicating the instant petitioner since the earlier negotiations of the petitioner's marriage with the informant could not materialize. Subsequently, he has been married with some body else and for the said reason, he has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that in the statement of the informant recorded by the Investigating Officer
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32248 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 subsequent to lodging of the first information report, she has backed out from her version. The petitioner has submitted that he is an MBA from the Pune University which may be verified from his Company. He further submits that there is no criminal antecedent against him prior to the instant case. Considering the aforesaid submissions, prayer for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -cum- Sub Judge II, Patna in Sachivalay Police Station Case No 63 of 2017, GR No 3220 2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
